On Saturday night, 10th March, a group of forty of our children and parents travelled to see the fabulous Cúig in concert at the Hill of The O Neill & Ranfurly Housein Dungannon, stopping for a quick snack at McDonalds on the way. A great evening was had by all, due in large part to the lively and hugely entertaining performance from the band – check out this short clip at https://youtu.be/nqFASonUloY.
Thanks to the lads for the fantastic show, and for taking the time afterwards to pose for photos and sign autographs with our seriously impressed youngsters.
A special mention to Tony Diamond who was presented with a CD by the band as the best dancer in the audience – he was a very popular winner and fully deserving of the prize!
There are no classes for our children this Saturday as it’s St. Patrick’s Day, but we’re having a Big Trad Breakfast in The Elk instead if any of them want to come along to play for a while between 9:00am and midday. Classes are back on 24th March for one week before the Easter break.
